The Frightling's
Name: Frightling
Location: Dark Forest
Ingredient: Dry Skin
Harvest: Easy
The Frightlings are a species of Pixie who live in the Dark Forest because there they can hide from their shadow. BUT a lot of very scary creatures live in this forest as well, and now the Frightlings are too scared and un well to move their homes.
They are extremely anxious creatures who are afraid of everything. But they love to eat wild moon berries that grow in the valley just outside of the Dark Forest. The moon berries help keep their skin a beautiful shining purple.
FRIGHTLING DRY SKIN
( known in the human realm as Blueberry Powder)
Magical Properties: Calm, improved memory, protection, inner peace, purification, releasing negativity, spiritual consciousness, courage
Healing Properties: Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, Lower blood pressure, Immune boosting, maintain brain and heart function, increase bone strength

We are writing to you with an urgent plea for help.
Frightling's are afraid of everything, even our own shadow!
We live in the Dark Forest in hopes we can stay hidden, but this is a very scary place to be.
Our skin has become very itchy and sore. Our skin is dry and flaking off all over the Forest and we feel terrible.
We feel very anxious about the whole thing and need you to help create a potion for us to heal our skin and become strong enough to find a new home.
PLEASE HELP!!

The Dragon
Name: Güstard The Vain
Location: Caves of Düné (doo-nay)
Ingredient: Dragon Toe Nails
Harvest: Moderate
Güstard got his title of being vain, which means he thinks very highly of his appearance and of himself,
He hires minions to cut his long toe nails into perfectly manicured talons. Leaving behind mountains of toe nail clippings in his cave.
Like any dragon, Güstard loves his treasure and he hoards his golden mountains of clipped nails. BUT he will allow you to take from the mountains that litter his cave if you trade him for hair and skin products.
DRAGON TOE NAILS
( known in the human realm as Lemon Peels)
Magical Properties: Purification, Cleansing, Love, Friendship, Protection/deflection
Healing Properties: Antiseptic, Antioxidant, Antibacterial, Immune boosting

Udula
Frogs
Name: Udula Frogs (oo-doo-la)
Location: Cavali Marsh
Ingredient: Frog Skin
Harvest: Tricky
The Udula Frogs live deep in the Cavali Marsh, they camouflage themselves so well, due to their skin being the exact shade of the bushes that grow in the marsh. They are nearly impossible to find.

Dragon Blood Stone
Metaphysical Properties
An intense healing stone, Bloodstone promotes courage and strengthens our will.
It also helps to balance spiritual forces, reduces emotional stress, enhance creativity.
Gemological Info
Bloodstone is easy to spot due to its dark base and red speckles. During the 4th century, Bloodstone was used for magical purposes including altering the weather, persevering youth and causing solar eclipses.
Brew Steps
1.Surround yourself in love and light while holding your crystal. Visualize light pouring from your heart centre and radiating around your body.
2. Pour 12 ounces of water into a cup of your choice, you can use cold, warm or boiling hot water. The higher the temperature the better the reaction but please get help from an adult if using hot water.
3. Speak into the water “thank you for strength”
4. Add Potion into the water (it may have settled into the bottle and need a couple pokes with a skewer).
5. Allow activation to settle, then stir clockwise 5 times
6. Recite the following “ With this potion I welcome in the strength to face my fears. I am calm, I am brave, I am strong, I am protected, I am safe”
7.Brew potion for 3-5 minutes
8. STRAIN and enjoy warm or add ice .
9. Drink the potion or offer your potion back to the earth by pouring it in a preferred spot outside, sharing this strength with nature.
