We believe in the magic that happens when children are free to explore, play and create--especially when it's rooted in care for the Earth. Our products and workshops blend storytelling, science and sustainability to spark curiosity and inspire young minds to see themselves as stewards of the natural world. Our Story
The Tiny Alchemist Co. began in 2021, when our founder—Métis mama Taylor Robitaille—was a stay-at-home mom to two young children, doing her best to keep the magic alive in everyday life. One day, she caught her son mixing up “potions” from her hair and skincare products—his curiosity overflowing and imagination in full bloom. Rather than stop him, Taylor leaned in. She transformed a corner of their kitchen into a Potion Station, stocked with pantry ingredients he could safely explore, stir, and mix. It became a daily ritual—one that sparked joy, independence, and a budding interest in food and nature.
But there was one problem—he couldn’t actually drink the potions.
That moment lit a spark. Children are naturally imaginative and wildly curious, but most toys and activities don’t meet them where they’re at—especially when it comes to safety, nourishment, and sustainability. Taylor dreamed up something better: edible potion-making. A magical, sensory-rich experience rooted in real ingredients, real play, and real connection to the earth.

A passionate creator who pours love into everything she does--from her time in the kitchen crafting nourishing meals, to the magical moments she shares with her two kids, family and friends. Deeply connected to her spirituality and Métis Indigeneity, Taylor weaves intention and tradition into all moments of her daily life. In her spare time, she can be found needle felting her latest creation, creating fermented foods and drinks, playing MTG with loved-ones, listening to all things fantasy realm, tapping into the power of manifestation and honoring what matters most to her. Whether she's out in nature, singing or dancing, Taylor feels most alive when she's connecting with Mother Earth and expressing her vibrant, creative spirit.
Natalie Scott

A true creative at heart, Natalie finds joy in exploring a wide range of artistic mediums--from sculpting with polymer clays and painting to jewelry making and more. With a keen eye for aesthetics, Natalie is passionate about all things visual and beautifully crafted and is a natural nurturer of all living beings, with a deep reverence for animals and the natural world. Grounded in her Israeli background, she is guided by her strong sense of justice, and brings compassion and soulful energy into everything she does. She is a devoted wife to her husband, and loving mom to their three year old daughter and four legged doggies. Natalie's love of family, friends, horror thrillers, metal music, spirituality, reading and all things astrological are tapped into and embraced as sources of strength and intuition.
Melissa Lee

Melissa is a soulful thinker who finds joy in exploring deep philosophical conversations and concepts. She has a love for the arts, a passion for the pursuit of knowledge and carries a love for her Francophone background which is an expressive part of who she is. Her French is celebrated with pride and a sense of belonging. Whether she's immersed in music, an art project, spending quality time with family and friends, or marveling at the natural wonders of the world, Melissa approaches life with a curiosity for how people and things function and a deep appreciation for beauty in all its forms.
